This is a lovely commercial property in the heart of Ilkley, and a pleasure to work on. We carried out a full signage and glazing refresh, starting with the refurbishment of the existing monolith sign to give it a clean, modern look. Externally, we also reskinned existing signage to create a bold marketing “To Let” board.

One of the standout features was a bespoke glazing wrap applied to the rooftop windows. Designed to mimic a soft blue sky, it filters sunlight, reduces glare on screens, and discreetly hides an unsightly skylight, creating a brighter, calmer interior. Inside, we designed and installed hallway wayfinding, updatable tenant suite plates, and bespoke frosted suite window vinyls, bringing clarity and cohesion throughout the space. Everything was designed, manufactured, and installed in-house by our Harrogate team, a perfect mix of creativity, practicality, and attention to detail.
